The Business and Real Estate Transactions Practice Group offers counseling to its clients with a focus on delivering efficient and effective service in a hands-on manner. The Group practices business and real estate law proactively, endeavoring to understand each client's business enterprise for purposes of providing comprehensive counseling and legal advice. Working as a team, the Group applies the appropriate resources to best address a client's particular legal needs.
The experience and expertise of the Business and Real Estate Transactions Practice Group include:- Business entity formation and counseling regarding day-to-day operations, compliance issues and dispute resolution;
- Mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and dissolutions involving all forms of business entities;
- Transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing and operation of real estate;
- Contract drafting and analysis;
- Financing transactions, including both real and personal property secured lending, start-up capital and private placements;
- Employment law counseling and compliance, including all aspects of human resources operations; and
- Intellectual property protection, including trademark, copyright and computer law.
